Asus ZenFone 2 will use Qualcomm and Mediatek

Phone Wings - Asus reportedly will not use Intel processors for second generations Zenfone products, called Asus ZenFone 2. The latest series mentioned will leave Intel processor Z3580 and Z3560 series. Sources of information revealed, the Taiwanese manufacturer will use Qualcomm and Mediatek.

As reported by GSMArena, Asus seems to be using Qualcomm for Zenfone 2 series that will be offered to users in the segment of the middle class, and will compete in the mobile segment Qualcomm in the lower segment.

As for the variants of Mediatek processor, Asus is also rumored to be targeting the region of the Indian market, supported by a network of 4G or LTE. And most likely Asus Zenfone 2 series will be released in the second quarter (Q2) in 2015.

Asus Zenfone 2 with support for Qualcomm and Mediatek is reportedly to be use 5.5-inch display with IPS LCD, and support Full HD 1080p display resolution. Reach 403ppi pixel density screen, while the internal storage memory available for selection 16 and 64GB capacities.

For camera features, Asus ZenFone 2 will use a 13MP main camera. As for the front camera has a resolution of 5MP. On the battery, Asus rumored to use a capacity of 3000 mAh.
